Gee...I'm at 150 City Island Ave. and no one has shown up to ask about
my so called "charter."

I wonder why.

I guess I'll keep waiting!

It was a FANTASTIC day of sailing today and LOTS of guests aboard!

Oh....you sat home. Too bad!
