Sorry, but you're just plain wrong, Dave. All it takes to make a complete
sentence is a subject and a verb.

"Which is why." This is a complete sentence.

"Why me?" This is also a complete sentence.

"That is." This, too, is a complete sentence.

"Which is?" Same applies here - complete sentence.
