Anyone heard anything about extending the 96 hour notification for
commercial vessels before entering from a foreign port being extended to recreational vessels? Seems to have a bunch of Florida sport fishermen in an uproar. -- Glenn Ashmore I'm building a 45' cutter in strip/composite.
