Anyone heard anything about extending the 96 hour notification for
commercial vessels before entering from a foreign port being extended to
recreational vessels? Seems to have a bunch of Florida sport fishermen
in an uproar.

Relax. The new requirement only applies to Florida-based terrorist sport
fishermen.
