Hi folks,
I asked about how you could cut a bronze thru hull to reduce the amount of blocking required inside the hull. Angle grinder with cut off wheel worked very smoothly (I use a grinder a lot and do have a smooth touch). Super easy to back off the nut. The threads didn't really even need cleaning up with a file. Saved a whole 1 lb with three thru hulls being shorter ![]() Evan Gatehouse |
