Default can anyone help id this boat


here are two pictures of a boat I just bought out of squamish british
columbia i have been told that it is a 25' uniflite the number on the
side is 12k 36b. i do not have the hin number maybe you will be able
to tell me where it will be located and what this boat realy is. any
information will be greatley apreciated. myself the wife and the kids
are completley in love with this old boat the power plant in it is
still running strong and s far a i can tell it is a 312 interceptor if
that can help identify this boat all it needs is fresh paint and some
love on the interior please let me know what you think . Is it a 1960
uniflight and what model the cabin has a two burner stove sink table
stand up head and also were would i find parts in the vancouver canada
area please give me some kind of direction I am going to restore it
as close to origanal as posible and am hoping to enjoy it for many
years to come thanks for any help you ca give
