Default plywood fuel tank

I am rebuilding a 40 feet Nova Scotia lobster boat to go cruising in the
Carribeans.. ..I am thinkink of building plywood diesel fuel tanks ( of
course covered with epoxy)
Anybody having any experience with them..?

NBD if you use the plywood as core material and cover it with knitted
glass and epoxy.

You also want to use "tank resin" as the final coat on all interior
surfaces.
