You haven't opened up the pics to mere members. At the moment, only
moderators can access the section.

On the left side: Management
Then, to the right under "group settings" Web Tools
Then Edit
I suspect you want to give "limited" access to files and photos:
(members can download files; moderators can upload/modify/download files)
