Does anybody have any experience with plans from Kurt Hughes? I have only seen one set of plans from Kurt Hughes. This set was for a 40-foot cat and the drawings were very detailed and complete as far as I can remember (this was 10+ years ago). I have heard from others that your luck with plans from Kurt Hughes can vary a lot. If you are concidering Kurt's cylinder mold technique I think you should know that even Kurt himself says it is not for everyone. The shape of the hulls can not be very precisely defined with this building technique and some builders have a problem with that. -- ================================================== ================== Martin Schöön * * * * * * * * * *"Problems worthy of attack * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * prove their worth by hitting back" * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *Piet Hein ================================================== ================== |
