Any pictures of Bett's SO-DO-IT sailboat around?
Hi. I remember seeing a picture of the SO-DO-IT, 14' enclosed ocean
racer a while ago. I believe this was designed at least in part by Jim Betts. I've been looking for this picture because, believe it or not, I really liked the paint scheme. I'm building a small cockleshell and would like to paint it in a similar way. Would anyone know where I can find a picture of So-DO-It or a boat with a similar paint job? My boat is a bit of an odd duck and I think a nice paint job like that would do wonders for it, plus I've even been thinking of putting numbers on the sides to make it look like it belongs to some exclusive racing class association. :-) "A little paint makes it look like what it ain't" -My Army Company Commander in the '70's Regards, Denis |
