Default Study Plans for 29er

Anyone know where to find inexpensive, study-type plans for a 29er-style
racing skiff?

That's a nice boat, but 140 SqFt of sail area does not a skiff make.
Clocked at 20mph?????

That's the standard sail area with a high boom and the fore triangle only.
You can pile up as much sail as you want.

those are great boats. Where did you get the plans?

Friend of mine wondered if there were any plans that would fit into the
rules for the javelin class. Let us know and I'll point him in the right
direction.
