Default Wind generators

Pretty much. Although it involves pivoting the tail when the critical
point is reached. Check out the various mills available for terestrial use.
Many
work this way. Check out www.homepower.com for many references to such
items.

airflow across it increases it generates "lift" sideways and pulls the
