Yes, the issue is that authors own the copyright on their work, and
the magazine effectively buys a license to publish it once. usually the author agrees not to republish within a certain time period. Selling a CD, however, would involve some kind of royalties that would be a nightmare to keep track of. Jim Conlin wrote: I'm not aware that PBB has been (re-)published on CD.
