Thanks Matt. Very informative website. I had no idea that "stitch and
glue" meant literally stitch and glue. I thought it was a euphemism for some fancy nautical technique. I think this is something I can accomplish. I have a 'store bought' canoe, otherwise I'd look into building one of yours. Thanks again. "Matt Langenfeld" wrote in message k.net... I have a how to tutorial going on my website: http://jem.e-boat.net/Tutorial.php It's one of a few different ways to building a boat. Maybe that'll help get things rolling for you. -- Matt Langenfeld JEM Watercraft http://jem.e-boat.net/ Newshound wrote: I'm looking for local boat builders, (clubs, school groups, etc.), who can help get a novice started in wooden boat building. I went to a wooden boat building show in October and was greatly impressed.
