Unfortunately some of us are as not as smart as those of you that are
newsgroup junkies.

To those of you that attack us that are not familiar with your subculture
and offer NO assistance we suggest you may get further in life if you lend a
helping hand on occasion and not be so insulting to others!

Self-serving drivel ... did you stop to ask if posting ads is ok?

Did it not occur to you when you looked at the group that there may be a
reason why there were no ads? You knew enough to post the ad. so you could
have tried harder ... and having got it wrong, coming back to moan at us is
laughable!

To those who dive into a "subculture" without investigation, and get bit when
they try something that is usually regarded as bad manners - try investigating
said culture before entering. It usually helps.

These fly by night solutions deserve spamming for the rubbish they
are. If you want a decent fuel additive/solution to a problem get
Soltron - and the European/Japanese stuff is a different composition
to the US stuff. Just a happy user who has seen it return black, bug
infested, gungy diesel back to clear red marine diesel in a week or
so.

PRI-G for gasoline works. They also make PRI-D for diesel.
I had 150 gallons of stale gas that I can now use. Buy it at West Marine.

I'll vouch for Soltron as well. I shocked my system with it when I first got
my boat, then had the fuel polished. Use Soltron ever since at fillups and
no problems. I also add 1 qt. of Marvel Mystery Oil / 100 gallons to help
with lubricity lost with the new low sulfur diesel fuels.

There is no substitute for good manners, except perhaps fast reflexes.
