Default Carb problem

Tango,

I've set the float position per the manual in both the open and closed
position using the dimensions indicated for my model. However, I have
not tried to physicaly float the "float" to see if the gas flow is shut
off. I did use my lung power to determine if the float valve seated
while the float was upside-down. I could not hear any leakage and
could feel pressure build as I slowly operated the float manually.

Please advise how to check for float position on the bench. Your help
is certainly apreciated.

Thanks, Mike
