Has anyone used this stuff? I saw a sample at the Seattle Boat Show
last weekend, and it looked pretty good...

I am concernedc that they don't seem to want to sell to us, only to
installers, but I haven't explored the options locally.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder....I suppose.

I was at the Vancouver Boat Show last year. Some pretty big yachts, pretty
impressive and then you look at the decks and wonder why they would put
such cheap looking fakery on such an expensive boat.

definitely
biased....Ken

in July, '04 which included Flexi-Teek.

Thanks Mike (and others). I had never seen this stuff before the boat
show, and as I said, the 4"x4" sample looks pretty darn good. I will
reserve any judgement until I can see a larger installation, where
apparently it doesn't look as good according to one post.

I will check out the Practical Sailor article too - good tip.
