Probably neither of those choices. Graphic design is basically concerned
with "styling" of products. Drafting without much knowledge of what you
are drawing is not very worthwhile.

In my opinion, engineering programs that deal in boat design are better
choices for aspiring designers. There's a lot of engineering in boat
design.
