Speaking of duct tape... What did you ever do with that daggerboard box on the dog? Scotty Would that be the problem I reported here with the screw heads pulled through the thin face ply of the lauan underlay plywood? The problem report included a description of the fix, ie fitting a 1/4" spruce plywood doubler over the outside of the slot. The boat is fine now. Was out in it a couple of days ago picking riverside wild apples for annual cider making. Could not resist wasting most of an afternoon pleasure sailing on the river after apple picking. ![]() -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ William R Watt National Capital FreeNet Ottawa's free community network homepage: www.ncf.ca/~ag384/top.htm warning: non-freenet email must have "notspam" in subject or it's returned |
