Ten years ago I built a Bolger designed sailboat...the "Teal". I did this
while working 6 days a weeks..often 10hrs/day. Before painting the hull with System Three products, (WR-155 primer, WR-LPU Topcoat) I tested the materials on a small movable seat that fits in the boat. I could not get a uniform, sagfree finish, using a brush. I gave up the project in disgust. Now retired , Im back at it again. I'm looking for ideas on what I should use now, nothing exotic, a one part paint, that will hold up on a bare plywood surface. This boat will be stored in my garage...seldom in the water. Thanks in advance. Ron |
