Default Food grade coating/liner or there about for a homemade fridge

I actually already made the box, I made the inside liner out of
standard two part epoxy resin and 12 oz cloth I purchased at fiberglass
coatings. I know this is the wrong time to start thinking about this.
I read a lot of post's on google. I know of one coating I can buy,
haven't found anyone who sells it yet.
(Bar Rust 233H) I also read that no one will stand behind epoxy
because it's not fda certified but probably just as safe as the bar
rust. Any suggestions on where to go from here would be greatly
appreciated. I really don't want to take any chances.
