Paul Oman progressive epoxy polymers www.epoxyproducts.com/marine.html Ammonia is supposed to take oxidation off of other metals. I've never tried it, but you could give it a shot. --Mac |

Hi, Very fine wet-or-dry sandpaper or maybe even a paint prep pad, followed up by T-Cut or metal polish should do it. Once the aluminium is restored it would be worth protecting with a waxy rust inhibitor like LPS-3. cheers, Pete. |
