You are the master of a sailing vessel crossing
a traffic separation scheme. Should you:

a. Cross it at right angles with your ground track?
b. Cross it at right angles with you water track?
c. Cross it at right angles to the current?
d. Give up and go back to the yacht club for a shot of whiskey?

Cross it to spend the least amount of time in the zone.

e. Have a shot of whiskey, then make a run for it.

You are obliged to cross at right angles to the traffic.
So, I think that means that you should cross at a right
angle to your water track.

c. Cross it at right angles to the current?
d. Give up and go back to the yacht club for a shot of whiskey?
