The Return of Jax!
A fellow popped into the sales office last week and shook my hand. He
had to say who he was because I didn't recognize Jax right off. I told him he should pop into the group for a hello and he shook his head saying, "Oh no, not that again." He's looking for a boat, but the best thing I have is hardly affordable, a Pacific Seacraft 40. Well, that's it and not too exciting except to say that Jax is alive and well. An odd sailing day ahead....conducting a sea trial of a Bruce Roberts 32, then bay testing a Albin 34. After that, if the weather holds, I may mess around on a Santana 30/30 or work on my boat which is about to get a new floor! Recent Movies to check out: The Mist-Better than you might think with good performances and a intelligent plot. Cloverfield-Much hyped so expectations might be very high. Lower them a bit and this is an enjoyable and ambitious idea with reasonable execution. Hope you all have a fun day! The Good Captain 35s5 NY |

A man of the sea, slayer of monsters, military leader. Tall and good looking, and even blond, like me. You first see him on a viking longboat, going through a storm. I sail through storms all the time. You also get to see Angelina Jolie naked. I'm Horvath and I approve of this post. |

His own weakness and cowardice not only gets many people killed, but begets a monster. While Jolie modeled for the computer generated renderings of her naked form, artistic license is taken. Jolie was quick to point out that her image in Beowulf is a younger version. The film itself is fun, but essentially has no balance due to a truncated 3rd act. No one believes you have a boat to splash I'm afraid. The Good Captain 35s5 NY |

Beowulf was seduced by Grendel's mother, who was a siren. That was his only weakness. No man could have done otherwise. BS. It is all BS, as usual from boobie ****.
Why in the hell would I even walk on the same carpet as a turd like you? Jax "Capt. Rob" wrote in message ... A fellow popped into the sales office last week and shook my hand. Another Bobsprit lie, it seems. Knowing that JAX is a card carrying
Mensa member, would he be so stupid as to even consider buying a boat from Bobsprit? You mean like this vessel I'm about to deliver into our inventory???? http://ghostlight.zenfolio.com/p526218103/?slideshow=1 I'll have a video of her sailing up shortly, which I'll shoot when I bring her down to yard. Any vids of you sailing a Pacific Seacraft? Of course not! But wait until you see what's coming after that. It'll drive you deeper into sockpuppet hell. The Good Captain 35s5 NY |

Could somebody be telling a whopper again? Because you may actually be THAT stupid, I'll answer the question. It's because some of the photos are from the PS website. We do that to sell boats. Sometimes we even post graphics showing the layout, even though the interior looks somewhat less 2 dimensional in person! As I said, there will be a video up soon. I'm picking the boat up in about 10-15 days. The Better Captain 35s5 NY |

What I'm curious about- why would Bubbles say that a certain boat was "out of Jax's price range" when Jax is such a wealthy man? One of the first rules of BSing is to keep track of your BS. DSK |

No, but if he were to see a rowboat that was clearly a better & higher- tech rowboat, he wouldn't rule it out because it was "out of his price range." wrote: How do you know that? I'm sure Sam Walton could have bought a Rolls Royce or a Ferrari very easily, but drove a pickup truck as his daily runner because that's what he (and his hounds) liked. Yep. But just because he liked a pickup, doesn't mean that didn't also have a Rolls or Ferrarri or two. And it certainly doesn't mean that he couldn't afford one. You apparently don't understand the concept of "price range." Hint- it's based on what one could spend on a given good or service, not what one decides to spend. DSK |

Hint- it's based on what one could spend on a given good or service, not what one decides to spend. wrote: Maybe I understand it, Maybe. Given your statements on the subject, it seems doubtful. and know that price is rarely the only factor in these decisions. There is absolutely nothing in the concept of "price range" and in my statements on the subject to indicate that price is the only consideration in buying a particular good or service. .... My present boat, which suits me very well for the type of sailing I do now, is worth less than 10% of what I will be spending on the next boat, Bragging again? Is this intended to show your self-alleged superior grasp of economic principles? DSK |
