Difference is your GovCo has admitted 2 of the 3.

Patreas pretty much confirmed the 3rd point. The war needs a political
solution, and can't be won militarily.

That seems pretty obvious. The Iraq war is no longer a military issue,
rather one of politics and sectarian disputes.
