I believe the Navy's Blue Angels should be disbanded. Besides being costly and diverting resources, they are an unecessary danger to civilians and private property. Let them practice their hijinx over the open ocean or in a combat zone. What measurable purpose do they serve? None, it's time they go. George Driggs I believe there is a required number of hours in the air to maintain their pilot rating. Putting those hours in to precision air shows not only lets the public see the level of skill required of our pilots, but also gives the pilot experience that will be required if they ever are required to fly in combat. It seems like a win win situation. -- Keith Nuttle 3110 Marquette Court Indianapolis, IN 46268 317-802-0699 |
