Default Another Big Day!

This Thursday I'm closing on lakefront property in Carmel, NY, only 10
minutes from my house. 9.2 acres in an undeveloped area, but we plan
to build three houses there. With the market hurting we practically
stole the property and the area is simply stunning. While this was
part of our plan it looked very unlikely for the last two months
because of the zoning laws preventing the type of houses we wanted. We
got a consession with solar energy plans for 2 of the 3 homes.
Awesome!

Pics coming after the rain ends here!

I posted this because I know this just kills poor Scotty and
Jeff....twilighters who failed to do anything in their time here and
eek out their days like rotund trailer trash with the sophistication
of the average mall rat.

....and Heart of Gold is ready for launch!!!!! Bye bye again!

This is all such wonderful news, I'm very happy for you Rob. You'll make a
killing as a lakefront developer and have lots of fun sailing in your very
fast, spacious and award winning sailboat. It's a crying shame that others
are not so fortunate to live as you do. But they are the captains of their
destiny aren't they?
