Divorce in progress, bumped into this place, don't believe in
coincidences anymore. Can purchase a slip directly across the street in
the background, giving it serious thought. It's a little bit further to
open water than my old marina, but the idea of having my boat about 100
feet away is very appealing.

ohoh...took one too many offshore trips, huh? Having the boat 100 ft
away is a good thing...

Sorry to hear of the divorce, unless that's what you wanted.
The house / slip set up would be nice to have.

Real sailors don't get married in the first place. Who needs a heavy
ball and chain attached to the ankle aboard a sailboat?

Sorry to hear of the divorce. It may be the best thing for you at this
point, but it's still a damn shame to see what was once a good and
promising love (and it must have been, if you married her) go so far
astray that you don't even want it back. I hope that things go as
smoothly for you as they can.

As for the new place, it looks nice & 100' from the boat sounds like
fun. But don't be seduced by trying to show off for revenge. Keep an
eye on the long term.

Sincere best wishes to you, John
Doug King
