Snubbers for dock lines are for West Marine, and boatsUS fools. AKA Bubbles & BB. You've obviously never been in a situation where the boat is rolling violently at the dock. Snubbers will keep your lines from parting, not to mention allowing you to get some sleep at night. When a boat without snubbers snaps the dockline taut, it tends to roll the occupants of the v-berth over. Max- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Odviously.
