Default USCG Boat Search Protocol

I think the search warrant is required if it is a dwelling. If you are a
live aboard I believe they need a warrant to search inside.

Where should I put my plastic Jesus? He can't go on the binnacle, the
magnetic mount affects the compass. I can't leave him in the sun, the uv
rays will make him go brittle and fade.

Amen!
