it's a plausable theory. But a difficult one to accept... in view
of what is known of him... or not as the case may be.

tions of this type of action and how it would relate to his loved
ones... and the risk to SAR personnel? And therefore concluded

Hence the nice weather, SAR needs to get out and practice. Leaving
that way may be more pleasent, and financially beneficial for all
around in some situations. He would never tell anyone IMO. You take
your own live you get no payout from the insurance company, if you are
lost at sea then momma and the kids are provided for.
