So, which is it... should Clinton have been in civil court or criminal
court?

Criminal. He wasn't litigated for sexual harassment. He was tried for
lying to a federal grand jury. That's a crime.

Of course it isn't a crime in the eyes of Democrats, who believe that
provided the lie is just a little white one, about peccadilloes, it's
okay.

Max

Like Bush lying... got it.

You are consumed with hatred for Bush. You are nuts.

Katy won't believe it. Neither will Max. They believe he just couldn't
have lied.

Nice obfuscation, Jon and Mundo. Bush admitted to being misleading
about Rumsfeld's resignation, but not about the important issue--the
WMDs. Big difference.

Max

You're right. He didn't admit lying. We might want to not take him at his
word, since he's a confessed liar.

You are consumed with hatred for Bush. Tell me, why did you hate your
mother? Did you hate your father, too? Did you want to kill your father?
Did you ever kill one of your pets? A neighbor boy disappeared when you
were ten--did you kill him? Have you ever had thoughts of suicide?

Well, time's up. We'll have to continue this next week.

Max

Can't think of reasoned reply, so you turn to personal attacks? Not very

You're a lawyer working on sexual harassment litigation I presume? I

When did you become a spokesman for the thousands of businesses in the

When did you become a spokesman for moral purity? My guess is that you
aren't much involved in corporate life.

This is an asinine comment, Jon. I'm not making any value
judgements--only bringing you up to date with respect to recent court
decisions. I wasn't the judge in such decisions, and I've opined that
the decisions were probably wrong. But that doesn't alter the fact that

Ya got to start somewhere. Besides on a boat or ship the captain always takes
full responsibility of the actions of his crew. In this case the captain was
responsible for the rabble rousing and instigation of both houses. He cried
fire in a theater that was not burning. I know Katy... he did not mean to. I
am sure after all was said he had a self reflective moment...." Did I say
that out loud?"

Marty, this is pretty typical of the sort of language that Bush, Karl
(Actung) Rove, and such use. If you're not for the president, then you're
unpatriotic. It's designed to scare the people who vote into voting against
reason and judgement.

FYI, I think Bush should be impeached. What he and his lieutenants have done
has be reprehensible and have harmed the country.

Bush is in charge, and mislead Congress. I don't even blame the Republicans
in Congress more than the Democrats. Neither group has much spine, clearly
demonstrated by the near unanimous vote to go to war.

Aye, now if we could just infuse the whole lot of them with some
humility maybe we might hear something like "Well, in hindsight it looks
like we've screwed up some here, so let's quit blaming everyone else and
find a way out of this mess." Never happen, no way, no how. It's Bush's

Yep...you got that right....The liveral comic, Whoppi Goldberg (I love her
humor but usually hate her politics) even said it...she said that it was
time we all stopped looking behind us and laying blame and time to look
forward and start fixing...now if someone with her liberal slant can say
that, why can't someone act on it?

It started with a landslide election for the Democrats. Do you think we
should give them a couple of more days before we condemn them?
