The complainant is almost certainly Jonathan Ganz and/or katysails.
I've been toying with these serial netKKKops for ages now. they have
been proven to lie and sock up to send multiple frivolous and unfounded
complaints to clueless NSP/ISPs about posts they dislike.

my advice: get an account from one of the clued up NSPs such as
databasix or altopia.
