I read on the second page there in Gilligan's link that Asians don't eat very
much soy at all. People think Soy sauce and think Asians eat it on rice. But Soy
sauce is heated to make and that destroys the estrogen. I think it said Americans
eat more soy than Asians. It's added to food where you don't even think it's there....
