Justin plans to live on the boat, but has not yet set his course. Although he has been sailing since he was a boy, he
said his experience sailing on the ocean is limited.

He needs to sell it to somebody else. He's got talent. Builds a nice boat. Somebody like
that probably won't be satisfied just sailing. People like him have to keep busy. They enjoy
the making of something better than the using of it....

If he follows through and lives aboard, at least for a couple of years, he
will be a much better boat builder.

I agree with you on this. But he needs to sail many many miles too. If he turns into a sailor
who builds boats that's better than a carpenter who builds floating homes.
