At this point, I'm still using my old Garmin III Plus.
I'm looking to stay with hand held but don't really know how the technology has changed in the last few years (I've had this about 5 years). I love the fact that I can map out a route on the computer and upload/download waypoints, tracks, and routes from and to my computer. I'd like a slightly bigger, color screen. Can anyone recommend a good unit under $1000? Must be able to plan trips with computer and save logs of trips. TIA Scout |
