I've noted the spelling mistakes too Jon.
I figure the good Captain, conscious that most here are aware of his passion
for convention and syntax, is purposely misspelling words in a vain attempt
to confuse the innocent. He was a great poster until he acquiesced
shamefully to his baser self.
I believe he silently acknowledges that he earned that shame, but seeks the
forgiveness of the group, from which he cannot stay away; hence the
falsetto. I do miss his former style, which I always took as
tongue-in-cheek.
I'm waiting for Taddy's next chapter, the tragic end and the supplication of
that which was once the hero.

The person posting here is nothing more than the hirseshoe crab shells
my grandsons picked up on the beach this weekend...raided and
empty...nothing but a shell....
