Well, that's basically true. Although some of the details of
specific gear is top secret, and you're not going to see
that by looking at the ship.

The only value in watching carrier deck ops is if there are
specialists who can tell what planes are being readied with
what sort of loadout, then you can predict what their
mission will be. I strongly doubt there are any Iranians
with that kind of knowledge & experience, even if they did
have drone watching (which I also strongly doubt).
