Ah Yes,
I see the Picture now and it does have a name BUT I can't remember it right now. Old age. It is a commonly used sail to increase sail aloft. Used both on Ketchs and Schooner rigs Sir Chichister used it on his boat ( That name slipped my mind also) Don't take this name to the Bank but it's something like; "Upper Staysail" Chichester didn't use a Fore Sail but elected to go with Staysails.
