Default Outboard for Sailboat

I have a Four Stroke Yamaha 9.9 with electric start. It's an older
model (the white ones), but just had a complete valve job at service at
my shop and runs great. It's a longshaft for a sailboat. For pickup
only in Queens or City Island.

600.00 for ASA members only.

Where the valves changed to the ones that could burn unleaded? Or are you
selling another dog?

You'd better have a look at Yamaha's CURRENT rebuild kits for the older
late 80's 4 strokes, Gilligan. And do let us know what year the 4
strokes like mine needed new valves for "unleaded." BWAAHAHAHAHA!

And get back to use if you can also find a clue!

Can't answer the question can you?

How many potential customers have you driven away with this one?

BTW it's valve seats that have the problem , not valves.

Busted again!

ALL were replaced and the new owner can see the reciept for repairs and
original work order. The engine is now running like new with perfect
compression. We also replaced the generator components. Great deal for
the money. Like all of my outboards, this one will be sold in a week or
so. My last Yamaha (an 8 HP) sold two weeks ago. No complaints.

Nope, but the guy who rebuilds our outboards is a good one. He's even
putting the nav in my car next week.

Since you
claim to know who I am, just show up at my house and I'll give it to
you for
free. You can even send Bart for it, since he lives closer!

Hey! What about me!
