Don't call.

Okay. Thanks. Somehow I don't think Scotty will be calling either.
I did finish a deal for a T37 though.

Scotty will be missing out on a great deal. It's very generous of you to
pass along such great bargains to others. More good luck shall come your
way.

Well, I'm guessing Scotty doesn't really need the mainsail or he'd at
least drop me a note about it. It is a really good deal and they're a
nice loft with some very good service. Big lofts work very hard to
convince folks that their "Beta Kappa Cutey Pie 4XL" sails are the
best, then charge insane amounts for even their "standard" sails. I had
a set of sails from a loft no one heard of on the Pearson 30, but even
the folks at Doyle admitted they were top notch...and probably cost a
3rd less.
Now I feel guilty about not buying from my buddy at Doyle (and I was
getting 30% off)...I'll have to get some new canvas made up I guess.

People do pay a premium for the brand. Fortunately, you can see through that
and find real value.

A tri-radial main??

Yep. Google it.

Correct. They are indeed tri-radial. Nice looking shape, too.

There are also cruising radials, which are only radial at the bottom
half, then cross-cut above that. My friend's main on the Sweden 39 is
cut this way and it's a terrific sail.
I just quoted a main for a Hunter 39, cruising radial, two reef points
for 1875.00.

Do you mean like the small sailmaker in Muskegon, MI, who asked the Ulmer
Kolius rep if UK actually made headsails with shape (draft) built in?
