It would be enough for a short time. :-)

Can't imagine a 26' boat with 3 batteries. I guess you need that to
turn over the 50HP engine. Oh, and what kind of TVs are you carrying
46" rear projectors? Where do you put the sailbags?

I prefer flat panel HDTVs, since I can mount them on a bulkhead out of
the way, and they don't get thrown around during rough weather.

Ever hear of an inverter? Or a portable DVD player?

I haven't installed one on my boat yet, but it's tempting. Perhaps next
year when prices are further reduced.

It could be done...don't think the HD part is really worth the effort
at the moment. We use a Sony which works great....see it here.

A briliant statement from a self proclaimed videophile. "Not worth the
effort" ? HD is only 8 times brighter, 8 times sharper and has much
better color saturation than std. def. and it's free off the airwaves.
What a dope!

Yep, I know what an inverter is but I'm trying to think of what size
HDTV flat panel that is currently available that you could put on a MAC
26.
I don't know of any currently available portable DVD player that
doubles as a HDTV. If you do please let me know.

I'v got a Magnosonic 15" with HDTV resolotion (1280 x 760) that runs of
12 volts, I don't have the manual with me IIRC it uses less that 2 amps.
