Default No wind

Started by talking to fishermen who told me how rough it was out so I
thought "Great wind" but by the time I got out I saw their boats going
out. I shoulda taken that as a sign, almost no wind by the time I got
out. 5 kts, maybe.

Did you throw in a dime? If it sinks you get wind.
If it doesn't, you are not on the water.
