Default Too Sick to Sail!!!!

You're not supposed to eat the bride and groom ontop of the
cake.

It was only the bride and that more than 8 years ago!

Bob, you really are (to quote John McInroe) 'the pits'.
If that was just an opportunity for a smartassreply it would be bad enough
coming just after her wedding.
But if it is true it shows you up in a really bad light. Clearly you have
remained friends otherwise you would not have been at the wedding so why
drag up something from the distant past at a time like that?
You cannot resist it can you? I recall your posts about the 'Ghost
girls'....
This is the sort of thing you posted then- " the attractive one is Suzanne,
and the plainer one is (you name it)". and then there was all that boasting
about the 'triangles' in the quarter berth!
More recently you took a picture of a 'Greek model' (did she know?)
sunbathing on your boat and then published it on usenet so the whole world
could speculate why she did not have matching underwear and could comment
on the size of her breasts.
All this shows you in a very bad light and I cannot understand how you can
get any woman to come sailing with you or indeed remain friends unless you
have found a way to keep on finding ones who do not subscribe to
alt.sailing.asa.
You are a long way from being a gentleman.
Regards
Edgar

Edgar, did it ever occur to you that....

I was not at a wedding and merely setting up a joke?
That if I was at a wedding, most of my female friends have a great sense of humor and aren't harmed by such jokes?
That the girl sunbathling is quite pleased with the pic and put it on her myspace page?

As to the rest, that you'd even assume the worst shows where you head
is at. I don't sail a million dollar boat. They've all been quite
modest in fact. I have a lot of friends (and many are pretty girls)
because outside of ASA I'm more man than anyone here and never EVER
take myself too seriously...which you clearly do!
SNAP OUT IT!!!!

Shouldn't you be out sailing? Are you posting from your
boat?

There are other possibilities.

The women aboard RB's yachr are not ladies.

Not likely.

But one must consider this. Rob does not say rude things about his sailing
guests. The rude things are said in this forum by others. They may not be
gentlemen.

I for one, appreciate the displays of female pulchitrude.

All of RB's guest look like theyare having a great time.

What is wrong with that?

The fact he is still close friends with women he used to date shows his
relationships run quite deep and are long lasting.

1. You only have his word for that
2. Maybe they do not read alt.sailing.asa and therefore are unaware of his
comments.
