Actually, Cal regulates them quite a bit. Unfortunately, it's pretty easy to
get them in Nevada, and that's why we need a federal check on who buys them.

I don't know what CA gun laws are but many more states than not regulate
guns. Maybe you should work on your own state's level first. We don't need
a national referendum on this as long as states do what they should. Why
call down more Big Brither government? As soon as you ask for national
legislation, you're going to end up with a mess...any time the national
government regulates something it ends up as a mess. That's what state
governments are for. So, go to your state and start there.

do you really think that if someone gets ****ed off and
grabs their gun to shoot another, they are going to stop and
think '' hey, this gun is registered , I better put it back
and just kill this guy with a knife''?

No. What I do know is that if someone gets ****ed off and they don't have a
gun to grab they might have some time to mellow out before they kill the
other person. Killing someone with a knife is no easy thing to do. It takes
a lot of effort.

grab a baseball bat? I'd rather be shot than beaten to
death. Are you masochistic?

You've tried?

a lot of effort.

Not with the right knife.

Just get some roller skates and a proper sailor suit....Then hang
around the docks.
Faster than pie I assure you.
