The latest fatalities bring the number of US military casualties in Iraq since the March 2003 invasion to 2,718, according to an AFP count based on Pentagon figures. Where is the outcry? Man, we're way too busy untwisting our knickers from the revelation that a congress critter was fapping himself on the internets with boys. You think anybody actually cares about Iraq at this point? That would mean paying attention. And we can only track one shiny object at a time. Sheesh. //Walt |

That's what they signed up for. Besides, statistically (according to Rumsfeld) more of them wouold die in car wrecks if they stayed home, so we're actually saving young lives by sending them to Iraq! Besides, everything bad from global warming (if it were really happening, which of course it's not) to the rise of Islamo-fascism is really Bill Clinton's fault. He even caused my beer to get warm!
