Here in the Gulf of Mexico if you swim allot you are going to get
stung.

Same in most of the Chesapeake, and the NC sounds too.

"Fatal" is pretty bad.

Yeah, but what they don't tell you is that's from people
trying to eat them.

Stainless steel .410 Shotgun. A snake charmer is what I use.

Just do not stand in the Jelly fish lee when your blast the *******!

Also fits nicely next to the bunk, with a nice spread at cabin door
distance incase of intruders, down side is it's a single shot and jelly
fish travel in pods.

I'd shoot it with a paint ball gun. Black paint so it would think a hungry squid was after it.
It would swim away....

It's not the fatal part that would bother me as much as the pain
before death.
Sounds about as bad as being burned to death from what I've read.

Nothing worse the having a damn jelly fish tentiacles wrap around you.

Check out this giant:

Hmm. That's a piece of info I could have done without. Or perhaps should
know before swimming.

They're seasonal..just like alewife, only itchier...and they post the
warnings on the news each night...

Actually, pouring plaster of Paris on them while they float in the sun
would work...

They don't sting too bad.

Horseshoe crabs and jellyfish are species of opportunity in
polluted coastal waters.

Now that's funny... A sushi shooter would be better, if
there is such a thing.
