can't believe you don't use yours more often.


I sold the D200 and the 18-200VR lens to a friend who's daughter is
getting married. He could not get either here and the waiting lists are
long...and I can do without. I ordered a 2nd 18-200VR lens, as I really
love it, but I've ordered the D80 instead of the D200 now. Early
indications are that the D80 will have better higher ISO noise control.
But mainly I just don't feel like spending 1700 bucks again, especially
after buying more glass.
I've made very little use of the DSLRs on the boat, mainly because I
fear for them aboard. The little Casio does the job most of the time.
Next week I plan to shoot my boat sailing and for that I'll use the D70
and 70-200VR lens.
