It does? Which volume? Are you upset because I went sailing and had a nice
time, joking around with my fellow sailors and the police?

What do you think? Should #2 withdraw?

The fact that you would even ask the question speaks volumes about you.

There are speed traps on the water? I mean I know about the "no wake" and "5
mph" areas, but speed traps?

Hell no, if a cop tried that crap at a regetta here he would be
swimming for his life.
At the harvest moon, if the mayor dont show up to welcome us he is in
deep ****! Over 250 boats bring lots of money to the locals in a
normally off month. If they set up a chicken **** speed trap tactics
they would move to the finish line to a friendly town to celebrate and
spend money.

Speed trap TACTICS Jon. Going to a marina looking for registration
violations, at a charity race...chicken **** MFers IMO. You know, a
sherrifs dept that lacks fund to fight crime so they find alternative
sources of revenue. They spend time in marinas looking for expired
stickers instead of shutting down the local meth labs, or deterring
crime.

Joe,

Enforcing the little things reduces crime on a greater level. Rudy Gulliani
used this method in NYC and it worked great. I hope the police throw those
sticker voilaters in jail!

You should be thrown in jail too!

Amen!

Actually, they were sitting at the dock when #2 showed up. I can't blame
them. It was actually pretty funny, except for the fix-it ticket. I think
they were eating lunch.

Yes. You seem to be the only one here who can't figure that out.
