You need more fiber in your diet and a regimen of green tea!
Enjoy a tasty tofu and quinoa salad. Boil up a nice big pot of kamut for dinner. More whole grains, fruits and vegetables! Exercise will do you some good too. A nurse does not have the proper education to instruct you in a life of wellness, she can only alleve problems after they happen. She only makes her money when people are sick and suffer, she gains nothing from them being well. Amen! |

Exercise will do you some good too.
I ran 2.2 miles to CVS and then ran back carrying the large 1 lb back of Peanut M&Ms. I feel better today. RB 35s5 NY |

You get better exercise by going to Carvel. You have to run faster so it isn't melted by the time you get home. Glory! |
