dinner.
More whole grains, fruits and vegetables!
Exercise will do you some good too.
A nurse does not have the proper education to instruct you in a life of
wellness, she can only alleve problems after they happen. She only makes her
money when people are sick and suffer, she gains nothing from them being
well.
